From 7 to 9 October 2025, our team took part in the 6th Regional IPA-IPA Joint Technical Secretariats (JTS) Event, organised by the Cross-Border Institution Building Plus project and funded by the European Union.
Held at Hotel Izgrev in Struga, North Macedonia, the event gathered representatives from Joint Technical Secretariats across the Western Balkans to exchange experiences and explore ways to further strengthen the management and communication of IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programmes.
The agenda included insightful sessions on:
- The new IPA III CBC regional monitoring system;
- Artificial Intelligence tools for supporting JTS operations;
- Communication and storytelling techniques, including video making and visual design;
- Practical workshops on crafting and promoting project stories through social media and web platforms.
Our participation contributed to the exchange of best practices, new ideas, and stronger collaboration with colleagues from the region. The event reaffirmed the importance of innovation, partnership, and shared learning in supporting successful cross-border cooperation under IPA III.
